1 cup rolled oats 1 cup milk 2 cups unbleached flour 1 tsp salt 3 Tbsp butter 1 Tbsp sugar 1 1/2 tsp yeast
Place all ingredients in bread machine and set to dough cycle. When finished divide dough into 12 pieces and shape into balls. Arrange in a greased(I use garlic Pam) cake pan and let rise, covered, about 45 minutes. Spray the tops of rolls with garlic Pam or melted butter and bake at 425 for 12-15 minutes. Remove and cool on rack.
