I am making this for dinner tonight and thought I should post the recipe. This chicken has so much flavor and is very tender and juicy.
6 lbs. chicken parts (I always use thighs for this) 2/3 cup lemon juice 1/2 cup soy sauce 2 Tbsp parsley 1 1/2 cup salad oil 8 drops tobacco 1/8 tsp salt 1/4 tsp pepper 1 Tbsp garlic salt 1 cup flour
Combine 1st 8 ingredients in a large resealable ziplock bag and add chicken. Squeeze extra air out and move chicken around to get it evenly coated. Refrigerate 4-6 hours, turning occasionally.
Remove chicken and discard marinade. Dredge chicken in flour and place in a glass baking dish. Bake at 350 for 1 hour or till done.
