15 whole graham crackers, broken in half 2
packages (8 ounces each) Philadelphia Brand Cream Cheese, softened 3 cups cold milk 2
packages (6-serving size) Jell-o Lemon Flavor Instant Pudding and Pie Filling 1 tub (8
ounces) Cool Whip Whipped Topping, thawed 1 can (21 ounces) blueberry pie filling or Citrus
Twist (RECIPE BELOW THIS ONE). __________________________________________________ Arrange
1/2 of the crackers in bottom of 13 x 9-inch pan, cutting crackers to fit, if
necessary. Beat cream cheese in large bowl with electric mixer on low speed until smooth.
Gradually beat in 1 cup of the milk. Add remaining milk and pudding mixes. Beat 1 to 2 minutes.
Gently stir in 2 cups of the whipped topping. Spread 1/2 of the pudding mixture over
crackers. Add second layer of crackers; top with remaining pudding mixture and whipped
topping. Freeze 2 hours or until firm. Let stand at room temperature 15 minutes or until
squares can be cut easily. Garnish with pie filling. Store leftover dessert in

CITRUS TWIST 1. With sharp knife, cut orange, lemon or lime into thin slices. 2. Cut slit
through slices to center. 3. Twist slices from slits in opposite directions to form
twists.
