GRILL BURGERS YOUR
SPECIAL WAY, THEN CHOOSE ONE OF THE TOPPINGS BELOW: BACON BURGERS---Top with crumbled
crisp bacon and 1/2 cup canned applesauce. ITALIAN BURGERS---Combine 1/4 cup shredded
mozzarella cheese with 1/4 cup canned tomato sauce and 1/4 teaspoon leaf oregano, crumbled,
blended well. HAWAIIAN BURGERS---Top with halved grilled pineapple slice and toasted
coconut. Finely chopped macadamia nuts add a flavorful crunch. TACO BURGERS---Top with
crushed corn chips and mild or hot salsa ( RECIPE ON BOTTOM OF THIS PAGE). WEST COAST
BURGERS---Cut slices of avocado in half crosswise; arrange 2 slices on each burger. Top with a
dollop of plain yogurt and chopped nuts. GREEK BURGERS---Place burgers in pita pockets
with shredded lettuce, chopped tomato, crumbled feta cheese and cucumber
