I haven't made it, but here it is! 1 15 oz can blackeyed peas, rinsed and drained 1/4 c thinly sliced green onions 1/4 finely chopped sweet red pepper 2 cloves garlic, minced 2 tbsp cooking oil 2 tbsp cider vinegar 1 to 2 fresh jalapeno peppers seeded and chopped 1/4 tsp cracked black pepper dash salt In a bowl comine all ingredients. Cover and chill over night. Serve with crackers or tortilla chips.
