I made this up after having some at work. We used to get this from a local pizzaria for people's birthdays instead of cake and everyone loved it!! You could do whatever you want to it according to your taste.
1 recipe of pizza dough-I use the following from a bread machine cookbook that I changed around a little: 1 lb. loaf 3/4 cup water 1 tablespoon olive oil 1 tablespoon honey 2 cups all-purpose flour 1 1/2 teaspoons yeast Put all ingredients in machine and set for dough/pizza dough cycle.
1 cup (or equivalent to 4 eggs) egg sub, this may vary depending on your pan size so you may want to start out with fewer then beat more up as you need them 2 cheese slices, broken into pieces-of course you could use more or less! any or all of the following: strips cooked bacon, broken into pieces links brown and serve sausage, cut into pieces ham broken into pieces and/or whatever you like with your eggs!!
Roll out pizza dough to fit desired size pan (I use the recipe I gave on a 16" pizza pan). Put on greased/sprayed pan. Pour eggs onto crust and swirl pan around so dough is evenly coated then scatter the rest of the ingredients evenly around the pizza. Put in preheated oven, I usually go for around 400 degrees to 450 degrees until eggs are set and crust begins to brown. Enjoy!!!!
