Ingredients
2 Cloves Garlic
1/4 tsp Oregano
1/4 tsp Sweet Basil
1 tsp Dried Parsley
1 tsp Fresh Mint or 1/2 tsp. dried mint, chopped
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
Lightly Salted Flour Vegetable Oil
1/4 cup(s) Greted Romano Cheese
1 1/2 lb(s) Gound Beef
1 whole Large Onion, Finely Chopped
3 slice(s) Toasted Brown Bread, moistened with water and crumbled
dash Italian Seasoning
2 pkg(s) Eggs

Preparation Steps
1) Combine beef, onion, bread, eggs, garlic, oregano, basil, Italian seasoning, parsley,
mint, cheese, salt, and pepper in a large mixing bowl. Blend lightly
2) Cover bowl with plastic wrap. Refrigerate as long as possible, overnight is best
3) With teaspoon, scoop mixture into palm of hands. Lightly roll into balls; roll balls in
lightly salted flour
4) Pour enough oil into a large frying pan to cover the bottom of pan, oil should be 1/2
inch deep
5) Add floured meatballs to hot oil; fry until done. Browning evenly
6) Drain on layers of paper towels.
