I made this cake this weekend for the in-laws...a great success! A real quick & easy recipe.
Cake: 1 box white cake mix 3/4 cup oil 1/4 cup water 4 large eggs 3/4 cup strawberries (thawed) 1 box strawberry Jell-O Frosting: 1 box powdered sugar 3/4 stick margarine 1/2 cup strawberries*
Combine cake ingredients and beat on medium speed for 2-3 minutes. Pour into greased and floured 9"x13" pan. Bake in preheated 350° oven for 30-35 minutes. Combine frosting ingredients and frost cake. Store cake in refrigerator. *add small amount at a time or frosting will be thin
