Hi everybody!
Here is a recipe for stuffed mushroom. The last time I made this people went crazy about them.
24 mushrooms
1 table spoon of butter
1 green onion
60 g gouda cheese
60 g cream cheese
1/2 tea spoon lemon juice
salt & pepper
1/2 tea spoon parsley
1 table spoon of butter (extra)
1/2 tea spoon lemon juice (extra)
Remove the studs from the mushrooms and chop them. Put the heads aside.
Cook studs and green onion in butter.
In a boll mixed studs & green onion with gouda, cream cheese, lemon juice, salt & pepper.
Melt extra butter with extra lemon juice. Dip mushrooms heads in butter.
Put mushrooms heads on a cooking sheet and stuff them with the cheese mix.
Pre-heat the oven at 425 and cook for about 10-12minutes. Serve hot or cold.
