Fresh Tomato Soup

This is from For Bees and Me ( a gooseberry patch cookbook). I haven't tried it yet...so if you make it let me know how it is.

10 cups vegetable stock or water
5 cups tomatoes, peeled and chopped
1/2 c fresh parsley, minced
3 Tbsp honey
2 tsp dill weed
1 cup milk
1/2 cup flour
1/4 c butter
1-2 tsp salt
vegetable seasoning to taste

Blend together water or vegetable stock, tomatoes, parsley, honey and dill weed; heat untill hot. Blend together milk and flour untill smooth, add to broth mixture; cook and stir untill thickened. Season soup with, butter, salt and vegetable seasoning to taste.
