These are great to keep in the freezer for a quick snack. I'm not sure how long they will keep frozen as we generally don't have the willpower to find out! LOL...
1 stick butter, softened 1 6oz can crabmeat 1 jar old english cheddar 1/8 tsp paprika 1/2 tsp dried parsley 1 Tbsp mayonnaise garlic powder to taste 1 package english muffins
Mix all ingredients except english muffins. Spread mixture on muffin halves. Put in freezer 15 minutes (till firm enough to cut neatly). Cut each muffin into quarters (if freezing to use later...wrap at this point). Bake 8-10 minutes at 325.
