16 ounces ground ham 1-1/2 pounds lean ground pork 1 cup French bread crumbs 1 cup dry bread crumbs 1 cup milk 2 eggs, beaten 1 cup packed brown sugar 1/2 cup wine vinegar 1/2 cup water 1 teaspoon prepared mustard __________________________________________________ Combine ground ham, ground pork, bread crumbs, milk and eggs in bowl and mix well. Shape into 1-1/2 to 2 inch balls. Arrange in 9 x 13 inch baking pan. Combine brown sugar, wine vinegar, water and mustard in saucepan and mix well. Cook over low heat until brown sugar dissolves, stirring frequently. Pour over ham balls. Bake at 325 degrees F. for 1 hour; turning and basting every 20 minutes. Makes 24 servings
