6 dried ancho chili-stemed and seeded
2 garlic cloves-minced
1/4 tsp oregano
1 tsp salt
2 cups water
one 8 oz tomato sauce
simmer the above for about 15 min-cool and run through blender-makes god topper for tacos-ect.
keeps well in frige.
