6 baking potatoes cheese bacon ranch dressing or sour cream
I hesitate to include measurements because when I make these I don't measure and I suppose it all depends on your taste. Bake potatoes. When done cut in half length wise and scoop out the pulp leaving aout a half inch or so of pulp inside. Sprinkle with grated cheese...I use cheddar and lots of it, and crisp, crumbled bacon...again I use this liberally. Pop back in the oven till cheese is melted. Serve with ranch dressing or sour cream for dipping. I like ranch the best. Enjoy these they are yummy and there are all kinds of ways to variate on this. Such as topping with a mexican blend of cheese and serving with salsa, or simple filling with sour cream and chives, or fill with a dip, just go nuts! I love these, I got addicted to them when I worked at Country Kitchen and make them at home alot!
