Salmon loaf or log

1 16 oz salmon
1 8 oz package cream cheese
1 tsp lemon juice
2 tsp chopped onion
1 tsp horseradish
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp liquid smoke
1/2 c chopped pecans
1/4 tsp parsley

Clean salmon, take out skin and bones, mix with cream cheese, lemon juice onions and horseradish, salt and liquid smoke.

Once mixed place in fridge for about 2 hours, then hold into a log or loaf and roll in parsley and pecans

Serve with crackers
