One of my favorites......I do not have exact measurements....
Softened a pkg. of cream cheese and spread on the bottom of a 9x13 glass baking dish.
Brown hamburger, onions, green and red peppers; drain.
Add 1 pkg of taco seasoning, prepared according to directions of pkg. add to hamburger mixture and simmer 15 min. or so until liquid is mostly evaporated.
Spread hamburger mixture on the top of cream cheese.
