1 (10 ounce) package frozen sliced strawberries in syrup, thawed 1 (20 ounce) can crushed pineapple 1/4 cup grated orange peel 2 tablespoons grated lemon peel 4-1/2 cup sugar 1 (6 ounce) bottle fruit pectin __________________________________________________ Combine all ingredients except the fruit pectin in Dutch oven. Heat to boiling; reduce heat. Simmer uncovered until sugar dissolves; 5 to 7 minutes. Return to boiling; boil 1 minute; remove from heat. Let stand for 5 minutes stirring occasionally. Stir in pectin. Pour into sterilized pint jars, leaving 1/2 inch headspace. Seal with melted paraffin. Makes 3-1/2 pints
