EASY RECIPE: 1 pound fresh Italian sausage links, cooked* 1 medium onion, sliced 1 tablespoon Wesson Oil 3 sweet peppers (red, yellow, and/or green), cut into 1/2-inch thick slices 1-15-ounce can Hunt's Ready Tomato Sauces Chunky Italian __________________________________________________ Cut sausage into 2-inch slices. In skillet cook onion in hot Wesson Oil over medium heat 2 minutes. Add pepper and cook 4 to 5 minutes more or until crisp-tender; drain. Stir sausage and Hunt's Ready Tomato Sauces Chunky Italian into vegetables; heat through.
*Note: To cook sausage, prick each link 2 or 3 times with fork. In 12-inch skillet cook sausage over medium heat 2 to 3 minutes or until brown. Remove from heat. Carefully add 1/2 cup water to skillet. Bring to boiling; reduce heat. Simmer, covered, 10 to 12 minutes or until cooked through and juices run clear. Remove; drain on paper towels. Makes 4 servings
