Strawberry Bread with Strawberry Butter

3 cups flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
2 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1-2 cups sugar
20 ounce frozen strawberries - or 2 1/2 cups fresh strawberries mashed slightly
4 eggs, beaten
1 1/4 cups cooking oil

Strawberry Butter:
1 1/2 sticks softened butter
8 fresh ripe strawberries
Whip together

Mix dry ingredients. Make a hole in center. In separate bowl, mix remaining ingredients
and pour into dry mixture. Stir until moist and pour into greased pans. Use 2 regular loaf
pans or 4 small loaf pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.

Note I used fresh strawberries instead of frozen was worried about enough moisture, but it turned out very moist, and we served with strawberries and cool whip - ummmmm delicous
