Mix dry ingredients. Make a hole in center. In separate bowl, mix remaining ingredients and pour into dry mixture. Stir until moist and pour into greased pans. Use 2 regular loaf pans or 4 small loaf pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
Note I used fresh strawberries instead of frozen was worried about enough moisture, but it turned out very moist, and we served with strawberries and cool whip - ummmmm delicous
