In crockpot place one chicken cut up and skinned. Top with 2 med. carots cut into several pieces, 2 stalks celery in pieces, 1 chopped onion, and 2 bay leaves. Add water to cover. Cook on low 5 hours, or high 3 hours. (check chicken as I am approximating the time). Remove chicken and pull meat from bones. Cut up. Strain broth and pour broth only back into crock. Add Chicken, 3 carrots cut into 1/4" rounds, 2 stalks celery chopped, parsley, thyme, oregano and basil to taste. Cover and cook on high 1 hour. Add broken up spaghetti and cook untill noodles are done (about 30 minutes). Salt and pepper to taste.
