In a shallow 12-inch casserole dish or quiche dish, layer pepperoncini, olives, and mushrooms to cover bottom. Top with cucumber, then tomato.
Shake salad dressing thoroughly and pour over layers.
Top with trimmed, bite-size pieces of lettuces. (you may not need to use ALL of the two lettuces.)
Cover with plastic wrap and chill in refrigerator for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight.

NOTES : To serve salad, place large serving plate over salad and tilt slowly and gradually to allow excess dressing to pour off into a serving bowl. Then VERY CAREFULLY flip salad over. The lettuce should now be on the bottom.
