Cut parmesan, butter, and mozzarella together in food processor until well mixed. Add garlic, oregano, and basil and blend in mixer (don't cut in food processor). Add green onion and fold slowly into the mix.
Slice bread into 3/4-inch-thick slices, cutting only to near the bottom but not completely through to keep loaf intact.
Spoon mixture between slices, starting with 1 heaping tablespoon of mixture and working back to distribute evenly.
Wrap stuffed loaf completely with aluminum foil. Place in 350° and bake for 30-40 minutes.
