This recipe is from the software that I mentioned I got for Mother's Day, Cook 'n 99. I have not tried this exact recipe but one very similar to it.
2 lbs. Broccoli 8 chicken breasts (boneless, skinless) 2-4 TBS butter or margarine 1 can cream of chicken soup 1 C mayonnaise 1/2 C milk 1 TBS dijon style mustard 1/4 tsp black pepper 6 oz. (1 1/2 C)shredded swiss cheese 1/3 C bread crumbs 2 TBS butter or margarine, melted 1/4 tsp paprika ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Trim broccoli and cut into spears. Cook and drain well. Meanwhile, in large skillet, cook chicken in 2 TBS of the butter about 5 min. on each side until tender and no longer pink, adding additional butter if needed. Preheat oven to 350. Arrange broccoli and chicken in a shallow 2 1/2 - 3 qt. baking dish. In medium size bowl, stir soup, mayonnaise, milk, mustard, and pepper until blended. Stir in cheese. Spoon over chicken and broccoli. Cover and bake 30 min. In small bowl mix bread crumbs, melted butter and paprika. Uncover chicken and sprinkle with crumbs. Bake uncovered 15 min. longer or until hot and bubbly.
