8 chicken breasts, large 1 1/4 lbs. Sweet Italian sausage casings removed 1 15oz. jar spaghetti sauce 1 C Italian bread crumbs 1 tsp oregano 1 tsp parsley 1/2 tsp garlic powder 1/3 C water ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Preheat oven to 375. With a sharp knife, cut a pocket in the thickest part of each breast half; set aside. In a large bowl, mix sausage, 1/2 C sauce, bread crumbs and seasonings until well blended. Stuff chicken with mixture and secure with toothpick. Place in shallow 3 qt. baking dish. In a small bowl, mix remaining sauce and water. Pour 1/2 over chicken. Cover with foil. Bake for 35 min. Pour remaining sauce over chicken, bake uncovered 15 min. or until cooked through. Spoon extra sauce over chicken before serving.
