1 cup butter, melted 1 tablespoon parsley 1/4 cup oil 1 teaspoon crushed red peppers 2 cloves garlic, minced 1/4 cup parmeson cheese 1 medium onion, chopped 4 potatoes, cut in quarters
In casserole add butter, oil, garlic, onions and potatoes. Stir ingredients. Sprinkle on parsley, peppers, cheese and salt. Bake 1 hour at 350°. (might take longer) Potatoes should be crispy.
