2 ripe tomatoes-diced 4 to 6 fresh jalapeno chili minced fine 3 red radishes-minced fine 3 garlic cloves minced fine 1 bunch green onions-minced-include green tops 1 tablespoon cilantro tops minced fine 1 tsp salt 1 8oz can tomato sauce water
mix everything up well, add tomato sauce and then thin with water till you have the thickness you like-this salsa should be stored covered in the icebox, it should be aged at least 4 hours for flavors to blend. this is good as a dip or just as a table salsa-will keep at least a week or more in icebox.
