Italiano Tuna

8 oz of spaghetti (thin)
2 garlic cloves minced
1 large onion coarsely chopped
4 tb olive oil (any type)
2 cans tomato sauce
1 1/2 tsp basil
1 1/2 tsp salt and pepper
2 cans chunk light tuna with oil in it
parmesan cheese and parsley

Start spaghetti cooking while you

Sauté onion and garlic in the olive oil cooking until just tender

To sauté add tomato and spices and bring it to a boil, turn the heat low and let it simmer

Drain cooked spaghetti and drain well

Add the tuna with oil to sauce mixture and heat till warm

Serve over cooked spaghetti

top with parmesan cheese and parsley if desired
