6 Frankfurters (Hot Dogs any type) 2 TB grated Parmesan cheese 2 TB grated American Cheese (Or sharp) 1 Small tomato chopped FINE 1/4 tsp garlic salt 1/4 tsp oregano 1/4 tsp pepper 6 Strips Bacon
Score hot dogs in half lenghtwise - be careful not to cut all the way through
Combined cheese's, tomato, garlic, salt oregano and pepper - blend well
Fill each frankfurters with mixture
Wrap bacon strip around and secure with toothpick
Place crosswise over grill wire
Broil over hot flames (heat etc.) turning frequently till done
Allow 7 to 9 minutes cook time
Yield six servings
Note: You can do these in broiler if you prefer, but outside is awesome and everyone really likes them. Be sure and have nice full size Hot Dog Rolls on Hand, usually do not need mustard or ketchup - but you know kids !
