quick and favorite Italian recipe

I don't know the measures for this as it is my favorite "dump" recipes and the squash and zucchini are always in the garden.

one can of chopped tomatoes
(I use the one with chilies added in)
2 boneless chicken breasts
(zap in the microwave to keep kitchen cool)
squash, zucchini, basil, white wine

dump the tomatoes and cooked chopped chicken into a frying pan, add basil and wine (see bottom of this for about how much)turn heat on low and simmer about 10 minutes to meld flavors
chop zucchini and squash and add about five minutes before you cook angel hair pasta
or until veggies are as tender as you like.
sauce will be runny but that's what the bread is for! Serve it over noodles in big soup bowls. Works on a plate too, just be careful passing it! :)

as for the wine. Some companies put out those little bottles four at a time. I usually use about half of one of those.

Hope this works for ya'll, I'm one of those cooks that just sorta plays with a recipie.
