Italiano Eggs florentine

2 Pillsburg all ready crust
4 Eggs
2 cups Milk
4 TB Flour
1 package frozen spinach
1 cup shredded jack or swiss cheese
8 slices any kind of bacon sliced in half
dried basil
1 small jar marinara sauce
fresh parsley

Divide each pie crust into four sections to form a ball. Roll each section out on a flowered board and place in 12 ounch quich dishes, ruffling edges.

Beat eggs milk and flour togert and set aside.

Evenly divide thawed spinach and place 1/2 into each quiche crust

Pour egg, milk mixture on spinach and top with shredded cheese.

Lay 4 slices of bacon across each over cheese and sprinkle with a dash of basil to taste.

Bake at 375 degrees for 40 minutes until quiche is firm and slighly browned. Garnish each with 3 tablespoon of marinara sauce and spring of fresh parsley
