Poppy Seed Poundcake Muffins

1 Cup Sugar
1/2 cup Butter
2 eggs beaten
1 cup plain yogurt
1 tsp vanilla extract or almond
2 cups Flour
1/4 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
3 tsp poppy seeds
Cream together sugar, butter and beaten eggs. Beat in yogurt and add flavoring.
Combine flour, baking solda, salt and poppy seeds. Stire into creamed mixture.
Pour batter into well greased muffin tins.
