Grease muffin tin or custard cups generously, set in refrigerator to chill. Mix all the ingredients together with a wire whisk or fork until well blended. Fill 1/3 to 1/2 full. Place into a cold oven, then turn on to 450 degrees and bake for 25 to 30 minutes. DO NOT PEEK IN. After baked, stick a toothpick into top of each to release steam.
