Salisbury Meat Loaf

Another "Savannah" recipe. {See Msg.# 511}This one is from "Mrs. Wilkes' Boarding House" cookbook.

1 cup corn flake crumbs
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1 cup milk, skim
2 teaspoons salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
2 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon onion, minced
2 pounds ground beef

Combine ingredients and mix. Shape meat into oval loaf. Bake at 350 for 1 1/2 hours.
