4 slices bacon 1 small onion 1 1/4 cups skim milk 4 large eggs, slightly beaten 1 cup cheddar cheese 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper 1 teaspoon dried parsley pinch sugar pinch nutmeg dash red pepper dash paprika 1 deep dish pie crust
Preheat oven to 350°. Fry bacon, crumble and set aside. Cut onions into slices and cook until transparent in bacon grease, set aside. In a large bowl, add the next ten ingredients, reserving 1/2 cup cheddar cheese. Add onion and bacon to egg mixture. Pour into unbaked pie crust. Top with remaining cheese and sprinkle more paprika on top. Cook for 30 minutes.
