1 frozen deep dish pie crust shell 1 can tuna fish, drained 1-1/2 cups Swiss cheese, grated 1/2 cup finely chopped onion 2 eggs, beaten 1 tablespoon lemon juice 3/4 teaspoon garlic salt 1/8 teaspoon pepper 1 cup evaporated milk __________________________________________________ Preheat oven to 450 degrees F. Thaw pie crust. Prick the bottom and side with fork. Bake on cookie sheet 5 minutes. Remove from oven. Spread tuna over bottom of pastry shell. Sprinkle cheese and onion over tuna. Beat together eggs, milk, lemon juice, and seasonings. Pour over tuna. Bake on cookie sheet 15 minutes. Reduce heat to 350 degrees F. and bake an additional 15 minutes or until top is golden. Serves 6
