A local Eastern shore recipe 1 to 2 dozen oysters shucked and in half shell Place oyster's open on a shallow dish On each oyster put a dash of ketchup w/horseradish in it a dash of lemon juice sprinkle a few bits of graded cheese on them a piece of raw bacon cut to just cover top Broil in broiler until bacon is crisp These are great, you can also do them in the Microwave but I like them in the broiler best Kathy
