4 1" thick shell steaks In a small bowl combine 2 Tbsp chili powder, 2 large garlic cloves (mashed to a paste with 1 tsp salt), 1 tsp ground cumin, 3/4 tsp sugar,3 1/2 Tbsp worchestershire sauce. Rub on both sides of steaks and place in a large ziplock bag. Marinate in fridge at least 2 hours and up to 1 day.
