3# any good steak (I like porterhouse) Combine 1 Tbsp dried rosemary (2-3 if fresh), 7 garlic cloves, 1 1/2 tsp each salt and pepper in processor. Rub mixture inside and out of steaks. Let stand at room temp for 1 hour. (If you are afraid to leave them at room temp that long, refrigerate 2 hours and then let stand 10 minutes before grilling)
