12 1" thick loin lamb chops, fat trimmed In small bowl combine 3/4 cup balsamic vinegar,6 Tbs olive oil,3 Tbs lemon juice,3 Tbsp minced fresh or 3 tsp dried rosemary, 6 minced garlic cloves,1 tsp fresh ground black pepper. Marinade chops no more than 4 hours. Grill to desired doneness (these are best done rare to med rare)
