This is one of my favorites. 4 oz. fresh skinless fillets (I like cod or haddock) 1 C frozen cut broccoli, thawed and drained 1 egg, beaten 1 8oz. container soft-style cream cheese w/chive and onion 1/4 C grated parm cheese 3/4 c herb stuffing mix 2 TBS milk 2 TBS dry white wine ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Combine egg, parm cheese and 1/2 of the cream cheese. Stir in broccoli and stuffing mix. Stuff fillets and roll. Bake 30 min. at 350 degrees. Sauce: Combine in sauce pan remaining cream cheese, milk and wine. Heat through and serve over fish. **Note: Sometimes when making this dish I do not make the sauce to top it. It seems rich enough for me without it.
