White Garlic Pizza

I saw the recipe for the chicken artichoke pizza (thanks chloe) and definitely plan to try it...perfect to serve some friends of ours, their taste exactly..can't wait!
It reminded me of a little something I tossed together when I had a few odd ingredients on hand and was feeling experimental. It got raves, and it was so easy I couldn't help but laugh!
All I did was take a premade deli-bought pizza crust (similar to Bobili but a different brand, I can't recall the name at the moment), spread it butter and sprinkled it with garlic and baked it for a bit, til the butter melted and soaked in a bit, and it just started to brown. Then I spread it with a lo-fat, jarred garlic flavored alfredo sauce (Healthy Choice I think), scattered it with flaked canned chicken, and covered it generously with that new Kraft garlic accented shredded mozzerella. The sauce and the chicken were two items that were in my pantry for some time, til I could find a way to sneak them into a meal without my partner knowing, because she insists she wouldn't like anything with the words "healthy" in the label, and absolutely refuses to eat meat out of a can (but according to her tuna doesn't count). Now whenever I cook italian, my family expects this as an appetizer, cut in narrow wedges or in strips breadstick-style. It's great without the chicken in cases like these, when you want something not so heavy.
