Not just no, but heck no to a new stadium for the Rays.



I go to a few games a year at the Trop. But only because it is air conditioned. If you have never been to out door baseball in Florida, you can't possibly know how uncomfortable it is.



The Marlins have the lowest attendance in MLB. I have no doubt that part of the reason is that they just can't find people that want to sit out in the summer heat and humidity for 3.5 hours to watch a game.



If you live in the Tampa Bay area, I beg you to attend a Tampa Yankees minor league game sometime this summer. If it isn't rained out, it is just about the most uncomfortable way to spend an evening you can imagine.



And let's not even get started about the quality of the team.
