| Lenny Vasbinder Process Server re: Process & Subpoena Service - The "Midnight Run" | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
| My Agency serves Federal, State and Local Court Process (Legal Papers) and Subpoenas for Attorneys, Law Firms and Individual Parties, pursuant to applicable laws. I have been serving Subpoenas, Citations, Summons, Complaints and other Legal Process since 1984. I have served thousands of papers over the years, on Individuals, Doctors, Hospitals and Companies. Some have been very easy to serve and some very difficult but during the course of these other attempts I have learned and utilized nearly every trick in the book to make legal service on each case! I will utilize this experience when working on your case to make sure that I locate and legally serve every plaintiff, defendant, witness or party in your case. One of my notable services is the "MIDNIGHT RUN", which I save for the hardest to serve Defendants and Witnesses who do not work and will not answer the door when they are home. I save this Service for after I have located the right person and have tried normal and reasonable attempts at serving them. These "Service Dodgers" know that if they do not answer the door, the regular Civil Process Servers (Constables, Sheriffs, etc.) will give up and return the papers to the Court "Unable To Serve". Usually once a week, I will take the most difficult cases I am working on and starting around Midnight, map out a route for all of these un-served papers. I will then go to the first place on my planned route and verify my subject is there or someone else is home. I will proceed to call them and advise them that I am there to serve Court Papers and ask them to please answer the door. If they refuse, I notify the local Law Enforcement that I will be serving Court Papers at that address so if they get a call from the residence, they will know it is me "causing the ruckus". I advise the subject by telephone and by speaking loudly through the door that I will stay there all night if needed while attempting to serve them. I advise the subject that if I am not going to get any sleep tonight, neither will they! I then proceed to knock on the doors, ring the doorbells and call the phone every 5 minutes until the subject finally gives in and answers the door. This extreme method works for me every time. The longest Ive ever had to stay at a single residence is three hours. And that lady in Baton Rouge eventually called the Police and when the Police came out and saw I had a Court Order to serve her, they advised her of same and she finally came out and accepted service. I told her "You could have saved us both a lot of sleep if you would have answered the door three hours ago!" Yes, its a little crazy, but like I said before, I will use every trick in the book to get your papers served! The best part is that I do not charge extra for this service. It is included in the maximum fee that I quoted for serving the papers in your case. I have found that clients like to know what things will cost, so Ive devised a fee schedule that guarantees service with a minimum and maximum fee range. This way, regardless of how hard it is to serve your papers, you know it will not cost you more than the maximum fee that I quoted you. It also puts the burden on me to get the papers served as quickly and efficiently as possible because once I reach that maximum bill amount, I am working on your case for free thereafter. There are hundreds of "War Stories" that I could tell and Im sure I will publish some more of these in new web pages in the coming days. I hope to hear from you soon and will be more than happy to fully discuss your case with you. We can do this by e-mail, Yahoo! Messenger or over the phone. I will be more than happy to discuss my hourly rates, quote a flat rate fee for your case and discuss payment options. If you already have an Attorney representing you, please advise your Attorney that you are contacting me or have your Attorney contact me to properly investigate your case so you will benefit from competent Legal and Investigative representation.
