Group Leader The leader of this study trip is Jo Counts, a high school Spanish teacher with many years of traveling in Mexico with groups.  With her familiarity with the area, she can assure that your trip will not include only the "touristy" areas of Mexico, but will include being exposed to the heart of Mexico and its people.                                                              Itinerary

Day 1:      Saturday - Leave Atlanta airport to arrive in Mexico City. From there to Cuernavaca, where you´ll settle in with your family.

Day 2:     Sunday - Travel to Tepoztlán, Mexico where we will climb to the pyramid and shop in a typical Mexican market.

Day 3:     Monday 9:00 - 2:30 - Attend classes in one of three Cuernavaca schools. 
                            2:30 - 6:00  Excursion around Cuernavaca. Visit museums, cathedrals, restaurants, markets.

Day 4:    Tuesday 9:00 - 2:30 - Attend classes.
                           Afternoon - free with family or arranged with group.

Day 5:   Wednesday 9:00 - 2:30 - Attend classes.
                           2:30 - 6:00 - Excursion in and around Cuernavaca. Visit mall, internet cafe, ecological park, dance or art lessons.

Day 6:   Thursday 9:00 - 2:30 - Attend classes.
                           Afternoon - free with family or arranged with group.

Day 7:   Friday   9:00 - 12:00 - Attend classes.
                          2:00 - Leave for weekend trip in Acapulco.

Day 8:   Saturday - Sightsee in weekend trip location.
