How Lance Made Money
Although Lance had quite a few jobs while he was of the age to work, there were three places of employment where he was at the longest and associated with.  One was at the building to the left which is Cast Plus, Inc.  Lance worked there a few times in what was a powder coating job shop.  Powder coating is a painting process where the paint is a dry powder and through a static electric charge it
would cling to the metal parts and get "baked on" or cured.  While Lance was here he was known to do all the main functions of powder coating.  He hung parts on the line, painted and inspected parts for shipment.  He was well respected by other employees and all of his supervisors said he was a very good worker.

When he was not working at Cast Plus, Inc. between the ages of 18 - 20 he was usually working with his brother Neil at Norco.  At Norco Lance would work outside building frames for houses.  He really seemed to like the idea of carpentry work and thought at one time he might like to get into it a little deeper.  As usual Lance was found to be a very good worker no matter where he was.

The third Job Lance was most assi\ociated with was at Cullins Landscaping.  This was the job he was working when he was involved in the fatal car accident.  He worked there with his friend Eric Baily and they were Landscaping a golf course up in Xenia.  They were preparing it for a LPGA tournament that was soon to be coming to that location.  Of all the jobs he worked, this one was his favorite because he was an outdoors kind of person and enjoyed working outside in the nice weather.

Other than the three jobs mentioned lance has tried at a a few other jobs that did not suit him and he did not stay with them long.  Lance knew what he wanted in a job and if he did not like what he was doing he would leave and find something more suited to his likes.  Some of these shorter lived jobs include: Carlisle IGA, Frische's in Franklin and the Dairy Queen in Carlisle.
