Notify: KOLA FINGER SONG & MUSIC LICENSE AGREEMENT!

ACCEPTANCE: By clicking on the "Yes" button or by using the Kola Finger Songs & Music when you have selected ("Your Song/Music") after viewing this short Copyright & License information, you are agreeing to the terms of this Copyrighted Music License Agreement ("Agreement"). Please read this Agreement carefully. If you do not accept the following terms, click on "No" and don't use my songs/music.

This is an Agreement between you, who either is individually artists or representatives of music industry in general, your own or others company or are recording, publishing, producers, managers... This Agreement goes into full effect when you've clicked on the "License Yes" button.

The following terms apply only to the Song & Music Production of Kola Finger.

TERM: The license is effective unless rejected or until terminated by either party without notice. You may reject or terminate the license at any time by emailing the message to Kola Finger. It then means you are NOT at all using my songs or music in any conditions.
This license will also terminate upon conditions when you fail to comply with any term or condition of this Agreement. You agree upon such termination to inform me of your termination.

LICENSE RESTRICTIONS: Kola Finger grants you a exclusive license, free of charge, to (a) Use the Songs or Music, arrangements, lyrics in any number you prefer, but under jurisdiction and obligation to the International Copyright Laws. Using my Songs/Music provide you must contain with the original music material written by Kola Finger. This can't be distributed without notice to Kola Finegr, owner of his Songs & Music material.

The following terms apply to licenses:
TITLE: Kola Finger & The Kola Finger Music Production is the exclusive owner of the Music material you gonna use. The Company may cancel this agreement at any time. ALL MUSIC RIGHTS TO THE Songs & Music and ANY ADDITIONAL PART SUCH AS ARRANGEMENT & LYRICS, incl. MODIFICATED OUTCASTS, AT ALL TIMES REMAINS WITH THE COMPOSER KOLA FINGER.

Notify: Once Written Song Is Copyrighed Music On Permanent Basis!

YOU MAY NOT: (A) sublicense, sell, rent, license, assign, transfer, pledge, distribute or remove any music proprietary notices on the Songs & Music of Kola, Finger
except as expressly permitted in this Agreement; (B) use in your music career, in your official performance also for recording & publishing business, and modification of th Songs/Music in whole or in part possible after a request and notification of it to the owner, composer Kola Finger, before such is made, who then can response with the positively accept.
Expressly Users adviced in this Agreement; (C) do allways keep and mention the owners, composers Kola Finger name in any official performance you make when using my Songs or Music. (D) Use of Songs & Music in official purposes is obligated to the fee to the name of the author of the songs/music protected bt Copyright Laws. You don't pay for license, but the companies producing you as artist who use & perform my songs & music are obligated to do so. Have in mind to inform the companies managing your music carrier that you use Kola Finger's songs & music. This license is an such permission to you and all users of Kola Finegr Songs & Music.

IF YOU DO MISUSE ANY OF THE COPYRIGH LAWS, YOUR RIGHTS UNDER THIS LICENSE WILL AUTOMATICALLY TERMINATE AND BE AN CRIMINAL ACT WHERE CIVIL AND OTHER REMEDIES AVAILABLE TO THE KOLA FINGER SONGS & MUSIC WILL BE AFFORTED AGAINS.

WORLDWIDE USERS: The Songs & Music of Kola Finger is a documented & Copyrighted material provided with RESTRICTED INTERNATIONAL RIGHTS.
