...The technique based on ability
of blood to make secondary ultra-violet luminescence during short
period of time after an irradiation of blood by a light in ultra-violet
range. The medical operation is based on direct effect of doing
of ultra-violet radiation on the agent of a disease (microorganism
or virus) and on effect of its stimulation of an immune system
of an organism. The ultra-violet radiation of blood (secondary
ultra-violet luminescence) does not delay by biological barriers
of an organism. It distinguishes the action on an organism by
blood that has radiating in ultra-violet light range (secondary
ultra-violet luminescence) from an action of majority of chemical
or biological preparations.
....The technique of ultra-violet
irradiation exposures of blood is known for a long time, but it
had the limited application because earlier there was not method
of a fast irradiation of blood by the high intensity ultra-violet
light range radiation in the moment of the transfusion without
destruction of blood.
