   Description:  Continue to install health and safety devices for the Friends Of Arundel Seniors (F.O.A.S.) program with Anne Arundel County Department of Aging **calculation: 2 people x 3 projects x 1 hour ea. = 6 total hours**.  $30 for materials/fuel.  We also held a monthly BINGO at Knollwood Nursing home **calculation: 4 people x 1 project x 1 hour = 4 total hours**.  $20 in gifts and prizes for patients.  A Kiwanian volunteered with a church group to assist in post-hurricane Katrina cleanup in Biloxi, MS.  He helped to rebuild the interior of a residential home.   **calculation: 1 person x 5 days x 24 hours/day =  120 hours**. Travel expenses to Mississippi were approximately $300.

   Description:  Continue to work with our sponsored Boy Scout Troop 721.  Seven (7) Kiwanis members are involved either through leadership and/or guidance.  There were three meetings that the group participated in **calculation: 4 people x 3 meetings x 1.5 hours = 18 total hours**.  In addition, the club is sponsoring a new Venture Club which is similar to Boy Scouts but involves young women and is open to a wider age group. **calculation: 3 people x 1 meetings x 2 hours = 6 total hours**.
