We also held a monthly BINGO at Knollwood Nursing home **calculation: 4 people x 1 project x 1 hour = 4 total hours**.  $20 in gifts and prizes for patients.

   Description:  Continue to work with our sponsored Boy Scout Troop 721.  Seven (7) Kiwanis members are involved either through leadership and/or guidance.  The group participated in three meetings **calculation: 4 people x 3 meetings x 1.5 hours = 18 total hours**.  In addition, the club is sponsoring a new Venture Club which is similar to Boy Scouts but involves young women and is open to a wider age group. **calculation: 3 people x 1 meeting x 2 hours = 6 total hours**.  The scouts also cleaned up the around the building **calculation: 4 people x 4 hours = 16 total hours**.

   Description:  The Meade and Old Mill High School Key Clubs are doing great with the assistance of their advisors, Bobbi Coffman and Jeff Althoff respectively. **calculation: 2 Kiwanians x 2 meetings x 1 hour ea. = 4 total hours**.  The key clubbers assisted with the monthly bingo and chili fundraiser.  In addition, the Meade Key Clubbers held a birthday for the homeless on the 25th... it was a huge success and many kids participated.  Kudos to Bobbi Coffman and her daughter, Amber.

Report:  Planning for the clubs annual MARC Train 5-Miler is underway and sponsors/donors are beginning to make pledges.  The race is scheduled for June 24, 2006.
