   Description:  Continue to install health and safety devices for the Friends Of Arundel Seniors (F.O.A.S.) program with Anne Arundel County Department of Aging **calculation: 2 people x 3 projects x 1 hour ea. = 6 total hours**.  $30 for materials/fuel.  We also held our monthly BINGO at Knollwood Nursing home **calculation: 3 people x 1 project x 1 hour = 3 total hours**.  $50 in gifts and prizes for patients.  The club collected toys for a Christmas Toy Drive and drove them down to Mobile, AL to give to a Kiwanis Club to distribute to families affected by the hurricanes.  50 people benefited from this effort and many other local groups assisted including: Boy Scouts of America Troop 721, Boy Scouts of America Troop 769, Boy Scouts of America Four Rivers District, Meade Senior High K.E.Y. Club, Old Mill Senior High K.E.Y. Club, Kiwanis club of Mobile, Al., Kiwanis club of the Severn, Md **calculation: 3 people x 84 hours = 252 hours + 7 people x 4 hours = 280 total hours**. Gas consumption for driving to Alabama = 8 tanks x $40 = $320 gas.  Monetary donations from members = $100.  Additionally, the club held a community food drive and donated the food to a local food bank **calculation: 6 people x 2 hours = 12 total hours**, fuel cost approximately $20.

   Description:  Continue to work with our sponsored Boy Scout Troop 721.  Seven (7) Kiwanis members are involved either through leadership and/or guidance.  There were three meetings that the group participated in **calculation: 4 people x 3 meetings x 1.5 hours = 18 total hours**.  The scouts collected donations for the Toy Drive described above and assisted the Kiwanis Club of Odenton with the food drive **calculation: 6 people x 2 hours = 12 total hours**.
